The express Diet is a diet that increases the metabolism, so you have quick weight loss. The plan of the diet must be strictly observed and lasts for a week.

Diet Plan:

Breakfast

Coffee or tea with sweetener optionally

1/2 grapefruit

2 tablespoons of yogurt or fat-free milk 1 cup fat-free or 1 boiled egg or ½ bowls of cottage cheese

1 total toast

Brunch

1 medium fruit

Lunch

80 grams of vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes)

90 grams of boiled fish or beef 90 grams or 100 grams of chicken breast or tenderloin 90 grams or 1 large boiled egg

1 slice of bread or 1 small boiled potato

Afternoon

1 medium fruit

Dinner

1 cup tuna in water or 60 grams of chicken or 1 fat free yoghurt or 2 seasonal fruits

½ cup carrots 1 cup broccoli or 1 cup cauliflower

2 toasted whole

On the seventh day consume all day: four fruits 2 milk fat (milk, yogurt) and 2 green salad with 2 tablespoons oil.

 Tips:

Do not use oil.

Drink 8 glasses of water each day.

Do not drink alcohol because it will get unnecessary calories.

Do not add salt to food, it makes impoundments.

Do not apply any diet before consulting with a nutritionist or doctor
