Homemade remedies for sweaty feet

Add a little baking soda in a bucket of water and soak your feet for 10 minutes. The acidic properties of sodium bicarbonate will significantly reduce foot odor. Sodium bicarbonate creates a hostile environment not conducive to bacteria growth, preventing in this way the unpleasant odors.
Boil water with five tea bags for 15 minutes. Once the water is lukewarm put your feet inside. Then thoroughly dry your feet and put foot powder on your feet.
Essential tea tree oil
Wash your feet dry and then apply a bit of tea tree essential oil to the soles of your feet. Do not apply the essential oil directly on your skin. Mix 10 drops of tea tree essential oil with 10 ml of wheat germ or almond oil.
Preventing foot odor
Below we present some tips to prevent foot odor:
To wash your feet daily, using antibacterial soap. Exfoliate once or twice a week to remove dead cells. Do not forget the area between your toes.
Dry your feet immediately after showering.
Change socks regularly.
Avoid using the same shoes for more than two consecutive days.
To sprinkle foot powder between your toes to keep them dry and delayed the growth of bacteria.
